We have an exciting Internship Program which gives students hands on experience in the real estate investment management business. During this six-eight week program, interns spend time understanding the complexities of the real estate investment process including capital raising, portfolio construction, deal sourcing and asset management.

Mikayla started at Black Creek Group in 2011 and in just seven years pursued her path from Receptionist to Debt Capital Markets Associate, learning skills as a Finance Coordinator and Analyst along the way.
Sara started as a temp in 2014, became a full-time employee, growing her administrative responsibilities, and worked her way up to an Assistant VP, Internal Wholesaler, in just four years.
Scott started as Director of Corporate Accounting in 2012, expanding into VP and Senior VP roles as Controller, and was most recently named Sr. VP Debt Capital Markets and Treasurer in 2018.
